oh god...i knew someone would go for the ultimate defamation of the 8...buy a different car..spinners are stupid and belong on stupid cars, driven by stupid people...this is a sports car...not a Navigator, or other worthless piece of trash....
oh yeh...and these do NOT spin and they're for Fwheel drive..like HONDA/ACURA

Any IDIOT that puts spinners on his RX-8 should be strung up by his sorry excuse for a dick and beaten with used Renesis rotors. Man, what hell could you possibly be thinking?????

I'm not a fan either, however, I do like all black rims with silver/polished lip.
When rims with the black on the inside like that spin, they look like they are dirty...
I've seen a couple scions/altima/rsx with rims like that, and when they driving down the road it looks like they have lots of brake dust.
As most of us know, that's not an attractive look.......

Since they are not spinners I think they wouldn't look bad on a red, black or titanium 8. I personally do not like spinners at all, but I think these aren't too over the top like some of the wheels I have seen on here. JMO...

they look mondo heavy, just my opinion, not flaming, but the 8 to me does not look right with big burlywheels on it, doesn't fit the style of the car at all. This car calls for something that looks lightweight and functional, not heavy as crap and for looks only. bottom line, it is your car, screw what anyone else thinks, if you like 'em, get 'em!

I'm sorry, in my book, any rim that "spins" just puts up a big neon sign that says "I'm an Idiot!" or "Look at me! I have to over compensate for my lack of class, education and manhood by showing off just how much money I can spend on stupidass looking rims for my crappy old car!"
So, here's the big question du jour - do you know what happens after those "spinning rims" have been on a car over one winter?
Let's just say that free spinning action isn't so free any more.
There's a kid on the next block over that has a crappy/rusty 1st generation Acura CL with 20" spinners on it, and he drove them through the winter last year. I talked to his dad last spring and he said that the $1400 the kid spent on them basically was down the drain as the spinner bearings rusted from the salt.

its his fault and i dont blame the company or wheel.some people have no idea the amount of work needed to keep a wheel in great shape and good condition.
for example my wheels are off in the winter and i dont even drive my rx8 from oct-april.but just in case something goes wrong with my civic and a emergency i can use it.
plus aftermarket wheels are easier to rust, peeling etc in salt from snow.and easier to crack a wheel in cold conditions.
