Help With Lower Springs

Smile Help With Lower Springs

Hello everyone!, Here is my question im installing a mazdaspeed body kit and 19' axis rims, and i would like to drop my car a bit. my question is do i need to buy anything else beside the spring to drop it??? i dont want the inside of my tires to get bald like it happend to a civic i just to owned... do i need chamber kits or anything like that ETC??????

any info I will appreciated!

you do not need anything else. you can just get the springs unless you opt for high spring rates, which you will need shocks as well or else the ride will suck. i suggest you get an alignment as well after the drop and that will help keep your tires lasting.

oh man thanks for the info now its just a matter of choosing sprinngs.

check the springs, springs, springs thread. Lots of useful information there such as spring rates and drop rates. (how much they'll lower your car)

don't forget to preload the springs. (search and you shall find)

19ft. wheels? those are huge, you might need to roll your fenders and get a lift kit.

You don't need to lower it with 19"
Put htem on and check out the clearance.

You will see what I mean.
