Also, whats the go with centre caps...do I need to get Work centre caps with Work wheels? Or does one size kind of fit all?

It really depends, the CR-Kai are a lot more common, but they are a style i personally like. The 11r are sexy as well and not as common amongst the community. If you want unique points go with the 11r. Really comes down to what you want though, either way they are a genuine set of wheels.
