help, suspension lower on one side?

Ok so i got my car about 2 months ago but havnt driven it all that much because its winter and i ussually have to park it in my driveway or the street which are both slightly uneven so I never noticed until I parked in my friends garage but my front and back wheels on the passenger side have a much bigger fender gap then the driver side wheels do. The passenger side is about an inch maybe two higher then the drivers side. When I bought the car I got a tune up and alignment and the car feels fine when i drive it it dosnt pull to one side or handle badly or anything that Ive noticed and Ive never tryied to adjust the suspension or anything so Im not sure what could be wrong with it but its buggin me so does anyone know what this could be? any ideas?

I have had the same problem with my 2004 ever since I can remember. When I got my sub box made 6 years ago, I had them build on the passenger side of the trunk to help level things. It helped a little.

I have seen quite a few early RX-8s with the problem of the driver side being lower especially the rear. I think most of the owners that I see with the problem are unaware.

I got new shocks and my driver side rear is not quite as low as it used to be but it is still lower than my passenger rear.

Did the dealer find out what was wrong?

I also have an '04 RX8, and the driver-side rear is a lot lower than the passenger side.
