High performance coilovers

i just wanna cut through all the price b.s. and get down to business. im looking at getting coilovers and have seen some good things about ohlins dfv series and the kw variant 3's. im looking for pure cornering performance. any suggestions?

The KW Variant 3's are great. Thats what I will be getting next season.

Ohlins will be better than the KW but I don't think many people use that around here

The Ohlins have a very short body though; travel will be limited.

concentrate on spring rates first before you decide which coilover you want. people make mistakes by getting the "cooler" coilover and then regret the harsh ride.

Ohlins makes a great race shock; great race shocks don't necessarily make great street shocks, but this isn't necessarily what you're getting and having them serviced may be problematic

based on the info you provided the KW would be my recommendation short of a full-on race setup, I was suprised to learn recently that KW gets some of their internals from Koni, which is about as good as it gets for internals ...
