I bent something

So it appears I've "bent" (read: fucked up) some metal on the underside of my car... I'm not sure when I did it so I don't know how it happened, but I noticed it last week when I looked beneath the car to see if all the speed bump and ramp scraping had ripped anything off, dented anything, broke ****, etc...

Because of my awesome work hours (read: shitty) I won't have time to jack it up to really take a look at the damage for a few weeks, but I found these pics of the interface I'm referring to (the bent metal is circled in red). They connect to the lower control arms. The forward-most part is bent straight down, but the area around the toe-adjusting bolt seems to be unaffected. I'm worried though that hitting the metal enough times is going to really **** something up while I'm going down the interstate. Anyone have any input?

It looks to be a part of the sub-frame that had a minor bend down. Though it's connected to some major components I can't see a slight bend there effecting much because you are showing you bent a side piece, rather than the main piece itself. Eventually bending it further could result in something bad but as of now I'd like to say you'll be alright. Then again, I'm no suspension expert -_-

Its really hard to say anything without pics of actual damage though.

I know... If I get caught up at work by Friday I'll be able to get under the car this weekend to assess the damage and take some pics. Thanks for the input though.
