ICR-PRO RX-8 Brake Upgrade Kit

ICR-PRO RX-8 Brake Upgrade Kit
Looking to replace the stock rotors and brake pads cuz of wear and rust. Mazda quoted $600 for the stock replacements on all 4 corners which I thought was very reasonable but for another 300 bucks ICR PROs upgrade kit comes with slotted rotors which should in theory be an improvement over stock braking performance. I am posting hopeful to get some input from anyone who has this kit installed.
Kit comes with all four rotors, HP brake pads and steel braided brake lines. Would anyone even consider this upgrade over the stocks?

I've never heard of ICR before so I can't comment on their products
But the kit is $869 bucks
For that price you can get 2 new StopTech slotted front rotors at $99 each
2 rear StopTech slotted rotors for $89 each
The Mazdatrix braided stainless steel brake line set of $95
and a set of Hawk HPS Ferro front and rear brake pads from Racing Beat for $121.
Making your total only $592 (plus ship), saving you $277 bucks and you have name-brand gear.
I just put this combo on and I love it, the StopTechs looks and function great and come at a great price

Where can I order the stoptech rotors? I looked them up they look pretty nice and overall they seem to be a better buy compared to the ICR-PROs. Looks like injectedperfirmance.com has a kit for sale in which looks like they threw in their own pads & brake lines for $658. That seems reasonable.
Anyone knows where I can get these rotors from besides injectedperfirmance.com so I can buy the parts separately?
Thanks.

I have the Stop Tech Slotted front and rear rotors with Hawk HPS brake pads. They look good stop great and less brake dust. Unless your going to the track where there is a lot of hard braking i would not get the stainless steel brake lines. But if you want them get them

Tri-Point Engineering just used StopTech brakes to go 1-2 in the Speed World Challenge driver's championship. They also happen to be a great place to buy StopTech products.
They don't always have everything listed on the site, but if you pick up the phone, they should be very helpful. Obviously, they know their stuff.

I bought my StopTech rotors from www.cklmotorsport.com
He doesn't have them listed on his site, just email him. Best prices and awesome customer service.
I would have gotten RacingBrake, but I didn't feel the need to pay more. I really enjoy the StopTech, but if I was going all out I would have gotten the RacingBrake BBK with 2-piece rotors, and then 2-piece slotted rotors for the rear as well.

thanks fellas. I think I am going to go with the StopTech slotted, single, all around, based on the input received here and my overall understanding of general satisfaction on this all around this forum.
Unfortunately though the rotors are on hold for now... . Apparently I need a new knuckle and a hub as soon as possible. lots of noise coming from the left rear wheel area since i hit a curb and destroyed the stock wheel (replaced) back there and the plastic thing that comes with the brake pads so theres also noise from braking, lots of noise. This changes things... at least for now.
Between the HPS FERRO & and HPS HAWKS...any input on which one is more "street" useable because I dont plan on any track use whatsoever. Low dust and noise would be a plus too.
