Input needed
After doing a ton of searching and taking a look at the pros and cons I'm still torn 50/50 and wanted your input. Ive decided to go with ADR-M Sports, but cant decide if I should go with the 18's or 19's? In your opinion, are the 19's worth the extra 500 or are they gonna be more trouble down the road? Everything i've read seems to be split really close, just seein if anyones got any new insight. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

you will indeed have to put a lower series tire on 19s thatn if you were to get 18s IF you plan on matching the overall diameter, which i would hope you plan on doing. therefore, there is a greater chance of you bending a rim, but take into consideration how bad you think the road you typically drive on are. personally, i would never go for 19s. roads around here suck, & the added unsprung weight isn't what im shopping for.

I have had 19's for 2 years. You'll want something like a 245/35/19 tire to go with a 19" rim. It's CLOSE to the stock tire, but slightly smaller, so I've added an extra ~200 miles on my car because of it.
Honestly, I don't know how worthwhile it is. The tires cost more, is the main thing. But at the time I wanted something different from stock.

driving into a pothole is driving into a pothole..... 18s or 19s.... if you guys are so concerned to the point where you think the low profile tires might cause the wheels to bend easier........ you guys should either:
1) stop driving because theres a greater chance you will die (from an accident) than not driving at all
OR
2) downsize to 15 inch wheels and run 65 profile tires....lmao

Usually, 19" wheels weight more than 18" ones. That is unsprung weight that will affect the suspension and therefor the ride of your car. Additional wheel weight will also increase the rotational mass. This is like putting a heaver flywheel on the car.
