Installed Espelir GT springs
I've let it settle for a few days before posting so I could include "after" pics...here they are: http://www.kodakgallery.com/ShareLan...fromshare&Ux=0
The fronts were a nightmare till I realized that I had to disconnect the upper control arm.
The rears were very straightforward.
The ride quality has not degraded much...it still passes the girlfriend test. There is much less body roll. For some reason she feels a little more wobbly at times? Maybe after a good alignment she'll feel a little more controlled.

How much of a drop is that?
EDIT: Found it "Avg. Drop: Front/Rear 30mm/30mm"
Question, it looked from your pictures like it dropped the rear more than the front. Is that so?

Thanks Kinchu007. Nice work and pics. I have the same color 8 and am lowering it this weekend with Tanabe springs. Glad I got to see some real good DIY photos!
Question: Did you torque the bolts back on to a specific spec, or did you just hand tighten? If you did to a spec, can you post them?
Thanks

moete87,
Sorry took so long to reply...been out of town. I got the GF210 High End Sports. Spring rate is medium hard, application is between sport and circuit and it dropped the car about 1.5 inches Front, 1.3 inches rear. Looks awesome!!! Perfect amount of lowering IMO. Rides great also. Let me know if you need any more info.
