KW V3 Rebound and Compression Settings
Hi,
As the title suggestions, just wondering what everyone is running. I know it is a bit subjective....
Rebound:
Front - 12 clicks stiff
Back - 14 clicks stiff
Compression : Have yet to touch it. Has anyone dared to mess with it?

I have the old style kw'3 with the resovors and no "click" adjustment.
I have a drop of approx 1 inch on the front and 3/4 inch in the rear
street tires are oem size
track tires are 255/35/18 hoosier R6's with pressures never exceeding 42 Hot
I run the rb bars front and rear
car weight is approx 3100#
my alignment is -1.7 up front , -1.5 rear with minimum toe (o.1?), as much castor as we could get and I forgot the number. Its conservative.
My street settings Top adjustment front is 1 1/2 turns back from full hard--same in the rear
bottom adjustment is front .75 turn back from full hard. rear 1.25 turn back from full hard
This results is a pretty firm ride. At times I do soften it some more--depending.
Track settings front -- one quarter turn back from full hard on top and bottom
rear bottom 1.5 turns back from full hard. cant get to the top adjustment--never bothered with cables.
I run on tracks that are high speed to fairly high speed.
Its a good coilover not perfect--but good.
I have approx 300 rwhp and never had a problem with oversteer. Even with the big bar in the rear.
