750 FOR THE WHOLE SET!!!! where did u get them, i must have. :p PM me if possible to hook a RX8 brotha up. :D Nice setup by the way, make me feel like i should have went with black instead of silver. i recently heard that my color is cursed. <knocking on every piece of wood in the house> but my last car was black so i didn't want to go black again. but black sure does look sexy....

Looking good! That 750 does sound like a pretty mean deal.

You probably got a quote on the 2 piece P-1's, which are forged and run about $600 each last time I checked.

The P-1 Racing II's pictured in this thread are cast and a lot cheaper. I've seen a number of 18x8 sets on eBay over the last few months.

Forged wheels are generally stronger and lighter weight (and always more expensive) than a cast wheel of the same size and width; I don't know how much in this instance. I've been unable to find weignts listed anywhere for the forged P-1s.

There is also a slight difference in appearance between the forged P-1 and the P-1 Racing II's, in the way that the spokes connect with the rim. The spokes on the II's also look thicker.

Look at the lip in the picture below of the forged 2-piece rim, then look at the lip on the rims on the car in this thread. Given the price differential, if you're just looking to use them on the street, the cast Racing II's are a great deal and good looking besides.
