Limited Edition G2 Caliper colors
Anyone here use one of the limited edition G2 caliper paint colors? Specifically, I was looking at the Tungsten Gray or Vista Blue for my Ti-Gray 8. I wanted to maybe go with something other than traditional red, and perhaps something a little more subtle. The Tungsten is a pretty good match to the Titanium Gray, and the Vista is a little darker than G2's other blue paint. Thoughts?

Okay.....here's my two cents.
First people are going to respond and tell you
1.) You are a big break wannabe.........but opinions are like..........
2.) others will say to go powder coat....of course it's better but more expensive.
Anyway, just a reference point for you and nothing else. I didn't use G2, but I went with Dupli-color ceramic caliper paint. It's all I could find at the time.
I too wanted what I considered a more sutble look, so...............
I used blue..........see pics below. I think a lot of it might depend on your rims, but I did like the blue on mine.
Above all.........I would recommend that you also get some black and paint the dust shields as I'm happy I did. I didn't have to do the center hat on the rotors as mine are two-piece slotted and the hat is already black, but you will at least probably want to do the dust shield. The pictures are crappy, but it might give you some idea.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I forgot to mention that these limited edition colors all have metallic flecks in the paint, which is another thing that makes them different from the regular colors. Unfortunately, you can't see this in these pics. G2 also offers Legend Lime, Red Fire and Wind Veil Blue (which is a light shade).
Mazurfer, I do like the blue on your ti-gray. I didn't want a light blue, so maybe I'll check out the Duplicolor kits as well. Thanks!
