Personally, I happen to think these look quite nice without breaking the bank. Even better, they weigh less than stock! These are 8.5" wide, and I understand they have a 9.5" width too if you must go for the "staggered look" and ruin your handling.

meh, Volks are fine if you want your car to look exactly like the 50 guhzillion other cars out there, go for something less common and similar in quality. www.ccwheel.com, Iforged, GFG, something, but Volks are everywhere, I'd go for something else. (just my opinion, I still love Volks wheels, but like Corvettes, I get tired of seeing them EVERYwhere.)

i think the whole "staggered" concept is more of a "cool" factor.
"oh mate i got fully sick staggered set up mate, look at my fat dish on the rears yo" kind of a thing.......
I could have gone staggered....... but chose not to. Dont see the point of it. Downside to it is you also cannot rotate your tyres. and some people have DSC problems (although others dont, i think depends on driving and road conditions).
I guess its one of those areas that people will agree/disagree. Just like the whole chromie rim area....... some ppl think its nice some ppl think its not nice on the rx8...
