racing beat springs only go 0.5".

tanabe NF has a somewhat stock spring rate with over an inch drop all around.

tein h-tech is close to stock as well. with a 1" up front but only .3" in back.

nope, GF is grip feeling, NF is normal feeling. Normal Feeling spring rate is kept at about 5% over stock.

sounds like a great way to bottom out on the bumpstops .... if you go an inch you need a higher rate springs or shorter shocks like Koni ...

Tanabe?

So, Tanabe? Tein S, Eibach, Racing beat, any experiences?

I noticed that one of you listed Eibach. How do they ride?

What about those springs that are listed all over ebay? Tein S and H? Good, bad?

search the springs springs springs thread... ebay is hit and miss. lots of counterit stuff from china...

usually worth the extra 20 bucks to get. the real thing..

and btw. if you want to know the answer to your ? you might mention what you want to use the car for... show, track, auto x, street, blah blah blah..

happy reading.

I have the TEIN S-Tech and love them. The ride is only slightly stiffer than stock and the drop is just perfect. It does take a day to settle the springs, but that wasn't a problem for me. When I first installed them, I looked at the car and was like "OMG! WTF! This is higher than stock!", but after they settled I loved them. They produce a tighter feel when turning also. I definetly reccommend these springs.

At first I had the Eibach. Nice drop, better around the corners and still a smooth ride.

Then I put on a set of H&Rs. Very low drop, handled the same as Eibachs, but made the car too bouncy.

So, I bought MS shocks. Handled about the same. Much less bouncy.

Moved to where the state flower is the "orange road cone". Car was too low. Bought Espelir. Handled the same as the others. Same height as Eibachs. Smooth ride again.
