MazdaSpeed Suspension Help???
Ive decided to get the MS lowering springs, but is it neccesary to get the shocks also. What benefits do the shocks provide and are they worth it?
Thx for any help.

the spring rates are too different, u would need to get the shocks inorder to have a better ride. If you just change the springs, it will feel weird. I remember seeing a post of someone first putting the springs, couldnt stand it and then bought the shocks. i say, get the shocks as well. With both, the ride is a bit harsher. hope it helps

i'd recommend getting dampeners/shocks put on along with the lowering springs. and yes, they will make a difference. the MS dampeners/springs have a more aggressive rate than the stock. using a combination of the MS springs with the stock dampeners will only wear them out faster giving you a "bottoming out" feeling.
