That's a great but loaded question...I gather that if everything on your 8 is stock, then the Autoexe brace is the better option because of the additional underbody rigigity, but what if other options have been applied like front and back tower struts, coilovers, tyres/rims. etc.? So where's the best option now? Isn't it a function of the total kit on the 8 and not just a piece or two?

These two theads should help since they both have pics.

https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-aftermarket-performance-modifications-23/mazdaspeed-sub-frame-braces-install-38438/ (MazdaSpeed)

https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-do-yourself-forum-73/diy-autoexe-member-brace-61120/ (AutoExe)

The MS brace has 4 attachment points / Autoxe 12
The MS brace also cost more.

It looks like the auto exe just replaces the cross members and the ms is a separete peice. Can both be used ?

Looking at the way the MS braces is installed I think both might fit. But $1,400 for sub-frame braces

As sputnik said....go for triangles to realize brace and/or strut strength...the underbody autoexe braces nicely apopt that approach while the MS braces do not. However, both MS and autoexe have upper 4-pt tower struts in front with brake stopper.

I thought the MS 4 point struts bar won't fit the N.A. left-hand drive car, right?!

So, what's the answer?? Does the MazdaSpeed 4 point fits N.A. RX-8 or not?!!?

The other alternative I can think of is the one made by AutoExe. But I'm not sure if anyone in the N.A. have tried to put one on or not.

Someone in another thread posted a picture, but I haven't got an answer to the question of whether or not its a one-off or if its actually an available item.
