My handling went out?
Ive received this car about 5 days ago and the tires were worn down and the dealership replaced the back two free of charge. the handling was perfect just like everyone described BEFORE he put these tires on, and now the handling is bad, doesn't take turns right and runs over itself when taking a turn hard. making a noise like the weight is all going towards the front tire you turning to. any suggestions? or similar problems? my system light is on that looks like this: (!) and flashes but the previous owner(not the dealership) told me that that was no problem and it flashed all of the time and its cuz he had a mod done too it and then taken off but, so im pretty sure thats irrelevant because it handled like a champ before they messed with the tires today, it was completely noticable.

1. Delete all the other threads you just started. Leave this one.
2. Are the rims/ tires aftermarket?
3. Did the dealer balance the tires? Proper tire pressure? Do the front tires have good tread left?

im not sure if its an alignment problem though. the handling just way different than it was, i used to be able to take a turn at 80 and now it digs into the front tire while i turn at 55-60. and slows my car down.

Is the ( ! ) light in the left cluster? If so, check all of your tires' air pressure. That's most likely your tpms light blinking. Your are either have a tire or two that are low, or you may have a bad sensor(s).
A low tire or two will drastically effect handling.
The tires themselves could effect handling. Are they all the same brand/model of tire? Mismatched tires will give you mismatched results. Your fronts may be stickier than your rears or vice versa. It could have a drastic impact on handling.

Any suggestions?

Thread revival!
I'm having the same problem. Replaced just rear tires. Suddenly handling goes to ****. DSC activates on curves I used to be able to take easily at 20-30 mph more than I can take it now. Rear wobble on the freeway. Tires are same size but fronts are at 50% compared to the brand new rears. Different brands, fronts are Potenza RE-01 and rears are off brand (I bought them because I had huge *** nails in my rears and needed tires to get home).
I do NOT feel safe in my car anymore, I used to think this car could handle anything.
If the answer is that my rear tires are ****, I'll happily change them, but I need to be sure before I commit to buying 4 new tires.
