My HKS Hipermax II Leak! Help me!

Hey guys . I just purchased a HKS hipermax II from a rx8 member and when it arrives my door . I was testing 4 absorber by pushing them . One of the rear one is leaking but not much oil . Just little bit of oil came out and it goes back slowly . Very abnormal moving from other 3 absorber. Can i still use them or i must rebuild them a.s.a.p ? Im really lost now . Someone please share your experience or help me . Thanks .

As im living in Malaysia and i cant get to rebuild them . Only in Singapore.

Can i still use them ?

Hrm.., I think the best solution is to contact HKS. You could also have the coilovers checked out with a mechanic.

You should get them rebuilt. They will feel worse and worse if you use them as is. The IIs are pretty stiff so it won't be blunt obvious that one side is blown if you were to run them. But the leak tells that it should be fixed.

He said when he ship them out , the shop help him check very carefully and confirm there is no leaking. And when it arrives my door didn show any leak sign as well or box show oil sign . but when it arrives my dad try to help me check the shocks if it workings since im outstation now .

So he tried to compress with his hands with 4 of them and end up there is one rear shocks leaking where the internal shaft play along external shaft. So i really not sure . But the piston did came bounce back slowly like normal . im confuse
