first off i did search, but didnt find the answer i was looking for. l few days ago i got 2 new tires and had the other 2 rotated, they also checked my allignment, but didnt need to adjust anything. the tires are the same size and brand, i re checked pressure and torque on the lugs. after getting the tires my car is handeling really weird, maby a sensor has to be reset or something after being on a lift? ive had it in the air before and had no problems. now the steering fells twichy? it almost feels like when making a turn at any speed that the rear is lifting up or rising? its hard to explain, ive never had this problem before but its kinda scary and my car feels like poop.
its an 04 6spd 69000miles a bit of aftermarket stuff but only suspension is a rear floor mounted strut bar. i called jack williams and asked if they did anything else but they said no. i made sure they didnt do something dumb like put the tires on backwards, but idk what im missing. does something need to be reset?
thanks in advance, please help me.

Depending on the condition of the endlinks, when you put the car on the lift on the stock suspension, the wheels will "sag" which is normal, this causes the endlinks to pull down on the rear sway bar. This isn't a big deal because the bushings are greased up and the rear sway should rotate down a bit. When the car is put back on the ground, the wheels will sit back in their normal position, which then pushes the endlinks back up, which then pushes the swaybars back to their original position. I have seen some cases of endlinks bending or becoming loose on other cars after going up on lifts and being brought back down, especially if they started rusting or something. Just a thought.

Were the new tires on the front or on the rear?
I know from putting two new tires with two old ones on my car that it can feel weird... Not sure if this is what you're feeling.

I really didn't like the feel of new on the back and old on the front... The car under-steered pretty badly.
Not to mention the RE050A-pp tires made the car feel like it was sitting up on rubber blocks when they were new...
What tires are you running?
oh, and +1 on what paimon.soror was recommending you check.

Also check the rear suspension links to see if they are straight: Look for contact marks. It's possible that there was damage done

Are the newer tires in the front or the rear?
Did you notice these characteristics driving on an unusual or different road? Has anyone else driven the car/noticed any change?

ive been driving on the same roads for the must part, im gonna check out the suspension parts after work but just from looking at it quickly it looks ok. btw nobody really drives my car but me so no one would notice a difference. if it didnt feel like crap i would consider really breaking them in (if you know what i mean) but its kinda scary, my car just feels weird
