Need help identifying a rim

Just bought an RX-8 a couple of weeks ago, and it had spray painted rims. They were originally chrome and the outside ring chrome. Don't know why it was painted that way, but got a good deal on the car, so wasn't too concerned about the rims. after about a week the front paint started chipping(flat black) and I saw chrome under neath. I have cleared the paint on 2.5 of the rims(back two were primered so I have to hand sand them so as not to wreck the chrome) I never got the center caps and there is no casting of the manufacturer so I need help to figure out what these rims manufacturer is. They are 18" and had 265 when I got them, so they should be around 9" wide. Sorry not more info, says HT03 (cast in the wheel) been searching for a while hoping at this shot in the dark. Also the center cap is 6" in diameter or about 15.5 mm Thanks!

also, before I forget, I tried mineral spirits and paint thinner(mineral spirits worked for the front) to remove the paint. any other chemicals I can use that would be tire friendly and more potent?
