need help with project - rotor issue
So what started out as a simple brake pad replacement is, like any project I start, beginning to turn into a complete system overhaul. In the works is:
RP SS clutch line
RP SS brake lines
Hawk HPS pads
(Turn front rotors)
Repaint Calipers
New tires (Potenza S-03 Pole Position)
This is a work in progress and going to work around school and work over the next week to hopefully have this done by the weekend. The first step I am working on is to remove the front rotors to have them turned at a local shop. Here is the problem I have encountered:
With the Pads: is it normal that the inside pad had about 5% life while the outside still had 50-60% on the front? pads are OEM with 40K mi.
With the Rotors
First off, the two phillip screws that hold the rotor in place are missing.
As a result, I the wheel studs were torqued and had to straighten them out with a hammer to remove the FR rotor.
Now I can not remove the FL rotor, or even budge it. Any tips on how I might remove the rotor (yes the caliper is already removed for the smart *** out there)
I tried hammering it in every direction and i did not budge at all. now what?
I have searched and came up empty handed, and any advise would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Edit: some brute force with hammer and a block of wood knocked it loose, thanks for the help

Thanks for the help, i did not have a rubber mallot so took a small block of wood and hammered it from the back and broke it loose. I was just timid of hitting it too hard, but this time brute force worked out.
I'll keep everyone posted on the progress
