Unhappy New Tires! messed up wheels:^(

2005 Black Cherry, 33,900 miles

Got my new Extreme Contacts put on yesterday and WOW!!

but they buggered up my wheels, all of them have marks on them, the front drivers side has a crease about 1 3/4" long. I called but they were closed for the day so I'll have to wait 'til tomorrow to talk to them.

I hand washed the car before I took it in, I mean with a clothe and a bucket of warm Turtle wash and dried the wheels with a towel. I know this car like the back of my hand and if they try and tell me they were like that when I brought it in ......

It has the OEM Shinka wheels, Can you still get these?
Is there any way to fix this?
It's making me sick just thinking about it

your word against theirs.
Don't be rude, and they may offer assistance.

Fix is depending on the damage. Pics could help...

Don't be rude unless they blow you off and take no responsibility. I have a bad feeling to begin with since they gave you back your car without telling you about the scratches (hoping you wouldn't see them). If they don't offer to help out fixing them, tell them that you and everyone you know will never go back to that shop.

People/shops like that deserve to go out of business.

This has always been a fear of mine. I've seen some shop workers let wheels fall flat on their face, scratches on the lip from reps using crowbars to help mount tires, impact wrench mishaps on the face of the rim, etc....

which reminds me...i gotta take my wheels to a shop soon to get my tires replaced

Always bring an employee out to inspect the wheels and verify condition. Be sure to have the employee make a note on your invoice the condition of the wheels prior to new tire install.
This covers everybody in case of accident. I mean you could take a picture of each wheel.
But the bottom line is, cover your ***.
