Normal suspension or Sports suspension

Hey all, This is a really dumb question but i must ask. When looking up parts sometimes it asks for normal or sports suspension. I have a 2004 AT. ive looked throught the manual and did some research online, can anyone tell me how i know if my rx8 has the normal or sports suspension?
