Not sure what's wrong: Rubbing or suspension or DSC

how would I know? I did hit (as mentioned earlier) a deep pothole, at a very low speed (parking lot/driveway), but it was jarring. It also was the right side of the car.
The car is not bouncy on roads and the coils (have ms suspension) seem to look normal. Also, if it was broken, why did I not have this 2 weeks ago on my winter rims?
tomorrow will be telling. I plan on mounting my summers w/last years positioning (rotation). then i'll go from there i guess....but if you think it could still be suspension, i'll have it looked at

I mounted my winters yesterday and the problem was unable to replicate the problem. And i definitely was pushing the car harder.

so dealer called..alignment is in spec. the problem then really seems isolated to my summer rim mounting for some reason. i dropped it off today with the stock setup, and was unable to repeat it w/ my stock (winter tires) setup. I left em on cause I stripped my wheel key and couldn't get them off again (doh.)
i'll re- rotate again and mount my summers later (yawn) and do more tests. if the system activates when it senses one wheel is spinning differently than another, perhaps something went weird with my tire rotation. Maybe one wheel is actually a bit shorter than the other. that sounds weird, seeing that my tire pressure is equal but all i can think of. My rears this year were last years fronts, so who knows.
They said i can bring it back and they can order a new TCS 'system' but have to repeat the problem. I dont think its that seeing that my stock setup has no issues.
maybe the damn pilot sports give me so much more traction that im actually driving faster. i find that hard to believe but oh well.
