offset for 18x9.5inch wheels

hows the fitment on 45mm offset for 9.5? is the outter edge of the rim flush with the fenders or is it slightly inner?

would a 35mm offset have rubbing problems for 9.5 inches or would it stick out too much or go in too much?

i would like the outer edge of the rims to be flush with most outter edge of the fender if possible

im running tein s-techs btw

45 is perfect! That's what I run and I have no rubbing issues.

What size are your tires?

I was thinking of a similar setup until I saw this:

I just called and the guy said "I think" 20-21

I really like the way they look though, but they don't support our TPMS

If I did this I'd have to go for a lower profile tire. That just looks like too much rubber for me. How would this setup affect handling; no change, little change, omg this sucks? Because I'm thinking that 18x8.5s w/ a 45mm offest will still look kinda narrow. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks!
