Opinions on these wheels

Okay i drive a black 8 and im getting real close to buying some new wheels and im looking at a staggered set of Tenzo Type-M Version 2 Matte Black Racing Wheels. I really like these wheels but they come 19x8.5 in the front and 19x10 in the rear. Now what i was wondering is would 19x10 be to wide in the rear? Would they Rub? Would i have to roll the fenders or put spacers?

the fronts would fit with the +45 but there's no way the rears will fit +25; especially if you're lowered
