Does anybody have any pictures? I know they fit, but I haven't seen what they look like on an 8. They all look great, GC-05/6/7/10.

i know they serve a purpose and they're lightweight, forged etc. I didn't say they weren't bad ***, I'm just saying they look bland on that vehicle. I still think they look too plain, maybe it's the picture (it is kinda' dark) or the color of the wheels, but I'm tired of seeing beautiful cars with funky colored rims so maybe that's just me. I'm sure those would look awesome in a bright silver or chrome, (maybe a different picture would clear things up?) but people on here frown on chrome, whatever the case, i'm just stating my opinion anyway

 

yea people have different opinions...when i get my wheels they are going to be all black...opposite of what you are saying im tired of seeing polished wheels, chrome..etc...=)

 

weird, I don't see too many polished wheels around here, they are all gunmetal,black, or whatever. i'm trying to get chrome for mine as I think it looks sick on yellow, but if I had a different color I'd probably go with something else. one nice thing about chrome is that it is super easy to clean, I had Budnik wheels before and they were full polish, they were an insane pain in the **** to keep looking good, black wheels should be easy to clean too!

 

my first first car..84 ford t bird had some ugle eagle rims on...chrome is easy to clean but hard to maintain...on yellow you can probably get away with it but chrome on red looks horrible..

 

have to agree with you there, chrome and red don't mix, maybe dark chrome, but bright *** chrome looks a little weird on red to me.

 

the fd has advans, but i wouldnt be suprised if prodrive just branded the advan wheel as it's own, or vise versa.

 

but they look dam close dont they...i wouldn't mind having either...

 

they are advan kreuzer series x. they are very similar, but I don't know if they're forged like the prodrives. edit: they are also available as the Advan RS, which i think is what was pictured earlier in the thread. i'd assume they are since they're priced about the same as the prodrives, which is alot.

ill probably pick up a set of the prodrives or the advans if theyre forged next year after i've worn my new ps2 tires down.

edit again: they are semi-solid spun forged.

 

If you look in the Speed magazine with the supercharged rx-8, those are Prodrive wheels and the white on white looks excellent, IMO.

 

have that mag, that whole car is awesome, it could be on stockers and still be sweeet
