Possibly thinking about bringing some of these wheels to the US - Need some feedback

Hi guys,

I've been working with a guy for all of my JDM parts for my Miata for the last two years. He's now interested in bringing in some new wheel offerings for the VIP market here, but I figured some of these sizes might spark the interest of the members here.

I'm not selling these yet and I will have my contact apply for sponsorship if I can gather some feedback form some of you guys.

They have a range of sizes from: 19" to 23" (obviously catered to VIP cars) and widths from 8.5" to 13"

The weight of the 5-spoke AD model was at 19lbs for a 19x8.5 wheel. It's not the lightest wheel on the block nor is it the heaviest. I think they have great concave faces for some of you guys that are into shows and having "aggressive" fitment.

Here's a link to the wheels: http://www.flickr.com/photos/adv1wheels/3929485362/

What do you guys think? Yay or Nay?

Yay for the wheels but I've got a suspicion not many here will actually drop the $$ for them

Theres not enough of a "VIP" market here for it to actually be worth it. Most people are worried about performance rather than looking like a baller.

splendid indeed, these are forged wheels so i suspect they are not going to be very cheap.

I'm still getting the prices from the manufacturer. They're pretty aggressive on their launch for the US. I believe most of the popular shops around here have their emails and pictures.....everyone is waiting for the prices right now.

I'll see if these can beat out the DPE, J-Line, and etc. prices by a LOT.......or I personally don't think these would do too well for the RX8 guys.

I'm glad I have a bunch of BMW friends though.....I'm sure they'll eat these up like nothing lol.

I like the black multi-spoke design with the off set displayed in the picture. 19 by 9-9.5 would be nice in our cars. if they offered them at a competitive price--say $500 a piece--I believe they would sell well. but i doubt this will be the case.

The wheels look good but i'm not sure about how they'd look on an RX8. They seem too Euro. They're kind of like how BBS don't really compliment the RX8's looks but some styles manage to look good. I think we'll be a tough crowd but some of us may be down.

I'd be interested in a set of ADV7s or ADV10s. Black in color in a 19x10 or 19x11 width.

Aren't these wheels already available in the US? We've received marketting emails from them and I been in discussions with them for the past couple weeks. As far as I know they have an office based out of Miami Florida.

I plan to bring in this wheel line for the Euros and Exotics. I do believe these wheels are simply beautiful. concave and lip combo. nice touch.
