question about my rim selection

question about my rim selection
I have a ? about the rim sizes I have chosen. I am lowered on tein springs.
rims are
rota p45r 18x9.5 +20 offset front and rear
tires, I will be stretching 245/45/18's on them
is anyone running this setup or anything close to this? I am wondering if I will have to roll or pull the fenders and i am concerned about rubbing.
Thanks for your help

Ya umms it won't happen without a good 4 degrees of camber.
1. 245/45 is taller than stock so you'll rub more there.
2. Need mad camber
3. Must run a 225/45/18, STOCK SIZE TIRE. Looks great.
I believe if you run the right camber, dump the **** out of it, and stretch 225/45's on those 9.5's. You might be able to make this work.
I did 17x9.5 +25 test FIT ONLY with some 245/45/17 tires. FYI. Didn't drive on it. Looked to clear.
i have mounted 225/45/18 on 18x9.5 Enkei RPF1 and it looks SICKKKK if you're into it.
THIs IS OUr STOCK BRIDGESTONE STRETCHED ON 9.5".

That looks sick^^
The thing is I have to use these tires somehow 245/45/18, I cannot afford to buy new tires again, these have only 500 miles on them. I was under the impression that +20 offset would stick the rim 2" further out away from the car which would make it clear everything in the wheel well....... So to make this work I would need Atleast a +25? Wen you add a spacer that subtracts from the offset number correct??

On the wheel and tire calculator, it says they will stick out 30 mm (1.2'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.
Im pretty sure 1.2" will fit under the stock fenders? Maybe not
Stock rx8 has a +50 offset with 8" wide rim correct?

Your understanding of offsets is correct. However running a lower offset will cause rubbing withing regards to the fenders. If you rolled and pulled your fenders you could probably make this work.
I would recommend trying to sell those tires on a 350Z/G35 forum... they're just too tall for our cars.
If you were going to run them on a 9.5" wheel you would probably want an offset in the low-to-mid-40s.

The highest offset I can get is a +35 will it still be possible rolling the fenders to stuff them in there 18x9.5 +35 with 245/45/18? If I do rub is it more common to rub the front or the rear?

You are correct - all other things equal, a +20mm wheel will stick out 30mm (1.2 inches) more than a +50mm wheel.
However, all other things are not equal in this case. Not only is the offset 30mm less, but the wheels are also 1.5" wider then stock. That's .75" wider on each side of the centerline, so you've got to add that .75" to the 1.2" you picked up due to the offset change to find that the total width has grown by almost two inches (1.2 + .75 - 1.95").
Those won't fit, not without some massive fender massaging.

id do the 48 offset to be safe cause with the lower offset and the 1.5" wider wheel ull be satisfied enough.. probably wont be flush but pretty damn close and u wont need to roll ur fenders.. where if u go with the 35mm offset and the 9.5" wide wheel ur probably gonna be close depending on what tires u end up goin with

have u seen the staggered kit they offer for thoose rotas? they use p45f's up front and p45r's in the rear looks insane! subydude has em $900 shipped to your door when i was thinking of gettin them... im just gonna go with the staggered rota torques... heres a link to what they would look like staggered

I shopped around for P45r's for quite awhile, and I'm sad to say you won't find a version that fits (well fits probably). The the closest I found was 30+ 18x9 through subydude on the evom forums (which I did not purchase). Those rims were made for evo, 350z, etc with a lower stock offset. Safest bet is the P45f's though they are not as concave looking as the p45r's.
