Thumbs up racingbeat sways and springs

yah yah sorry i know there are already alot of threads about em, but i just installed mine and im very happy :D i didnt have a chance to install the endlinks cuz my drill was not available but the springs and sways are enough. They look beautiful under my car and make the 8's handling superb.

the sways... i didnt notice the improvement at first and i feel like i still have some sway but that was until i realized i was going about 15mph more than usual on a turn i take onto the freeway. it was awesome. the springs in the end lowered my car about .75 inches to an inch.

oh yah and at first i installed the rear sway upside down... scraped it once going down the driveway and again going up... had to reraise the car take off my wheels and then find the DIY on the forum and install it right side up! arghhh if you're going to install ur sways soon, make sure theyre right side up!!!

sorry yah this was all pointless but the RB suspension package was worth the money and labor! i recommend you putting it on yourself... it's tough but worth it!

Good to see you're happy with them.... now go out and find a track to fully exploit the handling improvement!

I too had the problem with putting the rear on upside down. It seems to fit fine when you are all up in the air.

Had to replace mine though as it was bent ever so slightly by the frame of the car.

Anyway, I love it too... enjoy!

nice to hear that you like them and that there was an improvement with the sways.

I had mine shipped from the US last week, but the MS ones, and are at customs right now... I hope I'll see a small difference in body roll. I'm planning on springs too, like you did, but later with shocks, maybe the tein coilovers... we'll see

I don't believe you. RB is just hype.
