I have the RBs and they make a good difference in handling. I have the Tokico D-Spec shocks going in next and a set of RB swaybars. I'm doing everything one step at a time so I can gauge how it changes the attitude of the car.
The RBs do stiffen the ride up but not horribly and I found that with just springs I had a noticeable increase in cornering ability tho they are not so stiff as to cause the car to hop around as the road surface gets a little rough. With the aftermarket springs you can tell the shocks are stock, I noticed over time I could feel that as my week point with the suspension now so that is how I chose the shocks as step 2 and then I'll be doing the swaybars as step 3. Also if your going to get more spirited with driving I recommend moving to a high-performance material brake pad, HPS and HP+ from Hawk are an inexpensive way to get some better braking without having to worry about brake temps. I currently run and am very happy with the HPS, they also will work well with the stock rotors the HP+'s will eat the stock rotors a bit.
