rear upper controll arm question

rear upper controll arm question

when i was installing my springs i notice that one of the rear upper control arms has a place to hold the nut for the bolt.(like a little tab) well when i put the bolt back in i didnt put the nut in the little slot to hold it. then i thighten the bolt and the tabs bent in . is this still safe to drive on or should i get it checked out

bend the tab back out....and then torque the bolt again. It's not a critical thing...but it won't torque properly if the tab is bend under the nut
