refinishing wheels, PS of an idea

im in the midst of fixing the curb rash on my wheels while the winter wheels are on, had an idea and was looking for a 2nd opinion. the wheels will be completely stripped of paint and re-done this is what i was thinking of doing.

silver spokes and everything thats not a spoke blacked out

looks tacky...

if you do the reverse, and keep the rims silver, and darken the spokes, it might not look as bad.

they dont look really bad, at least they look pretty attractive.

they look okay i dont really care for them but on the right color you could pull them off

def dont think i would reverse it, probly end up goin all silver or maybe gunmetal...

the tires are bridgestone potenza's... 17" dunlop graspics for winter

there is a thread some where with pics of several paint ideas for stock rims, just search. you will see a pic of the opposite paint scheme on there like mysql101 mentioned
