relationship between bound, rebound; oversteer and understeer

i have my coilovers set to the setting suggested by the manufacturer but i have the ability to adjust both the bump and the rebound and i couldnt find any literature or research on what the effects would be. anyone knnow of a good place to read up on adjustments or have any advice.

Sport Compact Car has their "Suspension" articles every once in a while...maybe you can find some of them online?

Koni has pretty decent instructions for adjusting double-adjustable dampers buried somewhere in the racing parts section on their site. I never remember where to find it, but it's there...
