Ride height change and effect on alignment

Ride height change and effect on alignment
I know if you change the height the camber and toe will change, but at what point would I have to have the car realigned? I want to raise my car about half an inch, maybe an inch at the most, because it scrapes way too much. Anyone have experience with this?
I know the seller of the car had it aligned not too long before he sold it to me, but I don't know what the specs are... I do know they're autocross specs.
I suppose the best approach would be to just lift it and watch my tire wear and see if the car drives how I like it. Fortunately, my tires are close to gone, so if I wreck them, I'll have had to have replaced them anyway.

If he had it aligned to autocross specs, you will likely benefit from the positive camber introduced by raising the ride height for street use.

Basically of you raise or lower it you need to do something with the alignment
It wont change the camber enough to cause tire wear issues ...but it will screw up the toe and that is a tire killer.
