RX8 6 Points Front Strut Brace, Under Chassis Brace *** Install Pics ***

You only posted the weights of the underbraces, not the front & rear contraptions. Admittedly they're light as compared to steel, but the entire setup still adds up. Then there's the issue on whether they actually address or do anything in the areas they're located in ie scientific analysis vs this looks good here mojo

I have a stupid question that doesnt really apply to these gtspec strut bars. But i have been trying to find out what this engine brace is called that i have boxed in on this picture. I know its to control engine movement, just cant find out what it is and where to get it. Any help would be great

What it does is stop engine vibration. I think that is the biggest purpose of the stiffy. There is a thread if you search called "I got a stiffy" or something along those lines...it's full of info.

^ rotaries have vibration??? ...that news. As to the front brace, and it being of rectangular shape, is appears far less structually stiff (as a 4pt) compared to the autoexe's triangulated shapes, and would seem to defeat its intended purpose.
The rear uses big vertical braces as opposed to the autoexe's trianglur ones. Again must be to avoid being a direct copy. But at least it looks as it it would work as intended.
The underbraces are interesting...I've always wondered just how much (additional) benefit they offer and if any over stock, what driving conditions it takes to expose the benefit? Any feedback on that from your experience?

I was impressed with the 6-pt and lower front braces. The difference over stock was clear even in normal driving. YMMV.
