Stumped

Ok, I painted my calipers, Looks great I'm happy, I put my wheels back on and I am ready to take a ride with my new look. I put it in reverse and I hear this low screeching sound. Now I got this real sick feeling as soon as I heard it. I didnt take the calipers off so. Nothing was changed I didnt use tape either and there is no paint anywhere on the wheel except for the caliper. Anyone have any ideas on what I might have did wrong? I can hear this sound in drive and reverse, I have no idea what i could be and i sounds like its coming from the front only on both sides.

Thanks in advance.

The shield or whatever around the hub was hitting the wheel, It bent a little when I put the tire back on.
