Sumitomo HTR Z II?

Time to replace my Bridgestone's after about 25k -- been reading lots of good things about Sumitomo HTR Z III. Any opinions? Or should I just stick w/ stock?

eek! If you have the choice stay away. I have a set on my Advans because they came free with the wheels. The Bridgestone RE050A Pole Positions i have on my RPF1's are a million times better. The Sumitomos have terrible road noise, a harsh ride and can't grip for sh*t. My traction control kicks in all the time with these tires and i can't begin to explain how annoyed by the i am. I'm trying to wear them out as soon as possible so i can justify buying new street tires.

Hope that helps.

I have the Sumitomo HTR Z III on my car right now and I dont like them.
They are very noisy.
They have no traction what so ever.
and they wont last but maybe 10,000 miles.
I need new tires and I have only had these on for a little 8,000 miles.

Wow. I was "this" close to buying the Sumos. Guess you get what you pay for. Thanks so much for the advise!

How about Yokohama? Not much difference in price from Bridgestone, but again, seems to recieve more positive comments.
