Suspension upgrade - New Owner

Suspension upgrade - New Owner
I just purchased an '04. The cars got an aftermarket dual exhaust, intake and lowering springs. I can tell from having lowered cars in the past, that these are only the springs and not a coilover system. One, from looking at them, and two, from the way the car rides. The springs are wreaking havoc on the stock shocks and struts. The rear/driver shock has already gone. I'm looking for an inexpensive coilover kit that won't break the bank and won't slam my car to the ground. I'm more concerned with the quality/comfortability of the ride. The RX-8 is already an excellent handling car to begin with that is low to the ground. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I'm looking at the Basic Damper set from Tein. Do we have any sites to buy from that'll give us a Member discount?

Thanks for the reply guys. I'm not cheaping out, I just don't have $1500+ for a set of coilovers, but the shocks need to go ASAP.
I was wondering about the basic TEIN setup that most sites have for around $750-850. TEIN is one of the top brands around. Whether I go with these or the KONI/S-tech setup, can you recommend a site? I live in Canada, but can have them shipped to the US and oick them up.
