For those with Polak Caliper decals....

I put a set of Polak's RX-8 caliper decals on my calipers when I painted them over winter. They held up for about 3 months and now they are falling off. I never use anything but soap and water on the rims and brake components. For those who also have these, how are they holding up? I may try to put them on again but I think clear coating them would be a good idea. Polak....will you replace these free of charge ?
