dont downgrade to a thinner rim. stockers are 18x8 but its your choice really.

I like #1 best

I'm really not feeling any of those, for a couple of bucks more you could have something with more width and a better finish. To me all those wheels look like they're permanently dirty and the whole time attack stripe thing is getting pretty anooying as well, plus with them being 7.5's they're going to get lost in the wheelwell and look awful, it'll look even worse if you're not lowered at all.

Dont use tire rack for wheel choices; their size generator is retarded. I recommend using vividracing.com to look at wheels, but they usually dont have the best price.

As far as the style I say go with number one but defiently get it in like 8.5 if you can and a good offset. I think like +30 would be flush.

First wheel is the best option "if" it was 2" wider with an aggressive offset.

7.5" wide rim would do much justice (unless it's a winter setup), and you'll probably end up kicking yourself in the *** in the long run

I think you can do better, why dont you try doing what I suggested. The stock wheels are 22lbs, and the wheel above is 27lbs...

The GW8 is hideous and only a 18x7.5...You should smack yourself for even posting that thing.

In all honestly

just about all the wheels your looking at look cheap and do not have the width and offset that should accompany an aftermarket wheel for the 8.

Here's my advice, save up man, you always get what you pay for. Will wheels costing $150 to $200 for daily use going to make you satisfied? Save up and get a set you can be proud to show off.

Your offsets are way off, the weights are to high. When buying a wheel you should always look past the appearance and more to the performance benefits, especially with a sports car that handles like the 8. Take the time to learn about the effects of weight and rotational physics, and the proper way to determine a suitable offset.

Lastly-------- And most Importantly------------- YOU GOTTA PAY TO PLAY

You're on the right track. That size wheel would be good for 245's or 255's... depending on how wide of a tire you want.

Wow, i am glad you are coming to your senses. I looked at the first wheels you were wanting...Almost started flaming. But like Ross said, you are on track. I bought my Works through Vividracing. They actually offer a price match and then some. So i got them pretty cheap. And they have great costumer service. Just call them. They call me weekly on updates of my wheels, seeing how they are being made and on back order. Bleh. But that's what i would expect from a company. 1010tires.com also offers you to filter your choices to your needs. The prices aren't bad either.

ravspec would be another good vendor along with a few forum vendors as well, take your time and be patient in what you choose. Wheels make a huge difference, they pretty much make the car (Foose even has said as much, I'd trust his opinion on aesthetics lol) so don't just jump on the first thing that's cheap and convenient, try and pick something you really want within reason of your budget. I know not everyone can afford 3-4k for a sick baller setup, but if that's what you want then hang tight and work for it, or you if you wait long enough you might find a killer deal on some lightly used wheels. My Work's with tires were considerably less than from a vendor as I got them used from a forum member, they were brand new and never mounted when they showed up, same thing could happen to anybody if they're patient enough. (I waited over 2-3 years before jumping on those eventually)

Im pretty much decided to go with XXR 006 RED ANODIZED LIP. I just wanna make sure I'm looking at the right wheel to fit the car. So , the bolt pattern is 5x144.3 or 5x120 , The front wheels are 18x8.5 with 2" lip and rear are 18x9.5 with 3" lip , all four are +35mm offset. I also want to know if I'll be able to put my tires on those , I just got brand new Michelin 225/45R18. Also what about those TPMS?? Can I take them out from stocks?? How does that work?
