Tire pressure in winter

I know tire pressure will decrease in winter, but how much? I checked my pressure and all 4 (stock) tires are at 24 psi. So is this too low... or will they increase signifacantly in the summer.

This would have been more timely in November instead of March. Your going to hit the 60's this weekend. I never think about the seasons when it comes to tire pressure, just keep the tires at 32 psi cold year round.

yeah 24 psi is to low. For every 10 degree drop in temperature your tire pressure drops by 1psi. I like to check my tire pressures first thing in the morning before the sun comes up. Like expo said your tire pressure should be 32 psi cold year around.
