Which tires and which setup?

Ok, I am going to be going with a staggered setup on my Silver 8. 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 in the rears. The company is saying for me to do 245/35/19 in the fronts and 275/30/19 in the rears. Now I know many people usually go 235/35/19's in the front but will 245/35/19 work in the front, same question about 275/30/19 in the rears. Anyways, heres the list of tires and price, if you have any experience with them or if the price is too much, please let me know. Thanks!

Falken GRB FK-451
(2) 245/35/zr19, (2) 275/30/zr19
Price $988

Dunlop Direzza DZ101
(2) 245/35/19, (2) 275/30/19
Price $988

Nitto NT-555 Extreme ZR
(2) 245/35/19, (2) 275/30/19
Price $988

Here is the picture of the Silver 8 with the 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 staggered setup and the wheels I am most likely going to get. I don't know what finish though, it comes in chrome, hyper black and hyper silver all with polished lip, what do you guys think?

P.S. I absolutly LOVE the lip on these, one of the main reasons why I'm wanting these.

Looks good. How long did the dealer tell you the staggered setup would last before you needed to replace the tires? I've been told about 30,000 is the limit, if you aren't hard on the tires.

wheels look nice. I got my Sterns from them. What wheels are those ? 245's & 275's will fit on 8.5" & 9.5" no problem. Only problem is that if you have more than a 1" drop then you may rub (have to roll the fenders), otherwise you are fine.

None of those tires are that great. If those are prices for the tires, that is not that good. You may want to try going to : www.edgeracing.com & going with a set of Toyo T1R's. Even less expensive & by far better tires.
