TMPS (Tire Pressure Warning Light)

Every morning that i get in my car (its garaged) the thing goes off. i check my tires and they all read somewhere around 32-36 psi. i know sometimes after the car is cold the warning light will come on but it happens every morning and stays on all through out my lunch break, and usually finally goes away on my drive home. does anyone else have this problem, or is one of my sensors just messed up?

i bought the car used, with only 5k miles on it and is an '04 M/T GT package if that is associated with the problem.

sensor

I am pretty sure it checks the difference between tires as well as pressure amount, so you might want to try to get all four closer to the same pressure.

Just a thought.

Try it with a different tire gauge. Maybe yours is out of spec. If they all still read the same, then take it to the dealer...

i just checked the psi on 3 different gauges and they all read 32-35psi... i went ahead and made all my tires 34psi or so and that did the trick in getting the Warning Light to go off, but to be honest i wouldn’t be surprised if i see it again tomorrow morning. if it persists i guess il just have to make a trip to Mazda

thats because your tires will be colder in the morning so will have less pressure.
