Tokico D spec - or Mazdaspeed?

Tokico D spec - or Mazdaspeed?
are they the same thing? i read that MS stuff is made by tokico... so are the MS and Dspec the same setup?
i found www.shox.com selling a tokico d spec setup that comes with springs for $699. is that a matched setup made by tokico, or are they just sticking H&R or eibachs into a kit?
i'm torn between going aftermarket and matching up konis or dspecs to some springs - or just getting MS stuff.
i will do very very little track stuff. mostly street driving - daily driving / spirited driving. i don't mind a stiffer ride, but i am going to drive it on the street...this is not going to be a track only car or anything.
i might do a track event like once a year for kicks...that would be IT.
stock the car has too much body roll when you toss it into turns. i want something that keeps the car as FLAT as psosible for the improved feeling. maybe just sway bars and strut bars..
although I want the car slightly lowered at least for looks.. so why not slap on some nice shocks/springs at the same time to make it look good and handle beter.
stiff and bumpy is okay - as long as it corners FLAT

Since you're not doing any type of timed competition event, I would get whatever's less expensive. Yes, the MS shocks are Tokicos, but not sure if they're the same as the Dspec. I have the MS setup and do use it for a lot of track events and it's a pretty good combo for street/track driving. A lot less body roll, and still very predictable handling. Just slightly stiffer around town. I don't think it's much stiffer than a stock S2000 or 350Z even with the MS setup. Onlinemazdaparts.com has the springs for $244 and shocks for $392.

The D-Specs are really nice for adjustability; you can tweak it for the track or the street. There is still some lean even on stiff settings, so definitely add springs if you want to go lower/flatter. To adjust the rears, you need to add extension cables, so consider that in the price. Some sellers include them. This thread has some nice spring comparisons (not the Tokico springs, though).

I heard that the D-Specs are low gas pressure so they'll lower your car. Anyone know if that's true? If not, this would probably be an ideal setup with Tein S Techs.
EDIT: Figure'd I'd link.. http://thmotorsports.com/tokico/toki...4/i-56443.aspx
$490 shipped. Can anyone beat that? :x I'm really interested in getting these, but again...Every thread I look at doesn't touch on if these are low gas, causing a serious drop like the Koni Yellows.
