Tpms

ok i am sorta new to this but i am shopping on new wheels and the one that i am looking at says that it will not wityh the TPMS .... soooooo should i be worried about that or are there alot of ppl that dont have their TPMS with rims

there are some on here that buy rims that are not TPMS compatible. I believe the dash light will just come on or blink if you don't have them installed.

I've seen people put a small piece of tape on that part of the dash so they don't see the light, others are just used to the light being there.

the annoying part is the beep when you start the engine..

i believe there is a DIY to disable the TPMS beep/light. you don't have to worry about it not having TPMS - it's more of a 'nice to have' feature than anything else.

you don't mean to ask why would you upgrade from the stock wheels do you? first off, a change from stock wheels is a huge visual change. secondly, aftermarkets lend themselves to many different types of choices - wider, bigger, lighter, etc.

to lose the TPMS is a tradeoff many are willing to make. i like them and wanted to have new wheels that took TPMS but it wasn't a deal breaker. this was the first car that i had that included TPMS so it isn't something i can't live without.
