TPMS on stock wheel

I've tried searching and feel that this may be a dumb question but here goes. I'm replacing my scratched up stock 18" wheels with new ones (driver's side met the curb). I can reuse my TPMS on the new wheels, correct? Is there anything else I should be aware of when replacing my wheels?

OEM wheels or aftermarket? If their OEM then yes you can reuse them. If not then you first need to check to see if their TPMS compatable.

Yes, the new wheels will be OEM. Forgot to mention that.

Thanks, tiggerlee. I thought I'd never touch the curb/barrier. My wheels used to be 100% free of scratches. Kind of ironic, I was fixing rock chips the day earlier...
