TPMS and wheels
This topic has gotta be covered somewhere, and I feel dumb asking, but I can't find it. I'm in the market for some lighter wheels to quickly swap out myself before I hit the autox once a monthish. Really nothing fancy, just a lighter set of wheels, that I could swap out the night before the autox, and then put the stock back on afterwards. But as I'm PMing people and reading about wheels and etc, I"m noticed that all the sales usually always mention whether or not they come with TPMS. Then I read most rims don't accept the factory TPMS.
What happens if you don't instal them? Does the car just annoyingly beep at you if they are missing? Can they be missing? If the car is constantly beeping at you because of the missing sensors can something in the car be unhooked so the car doesnt try to look for the TPMS?
For some reason I want to think that for once a monthish when i autox, I dont need the TPMS. Or do I?

^^^^ Nice. So obviously its not a big deal if you don't have the TPMS in. However I'm pretty sure when I fire my car up from winter sitting, and the tire pressure is down, it beeps at me every 30 secs or so. I can't remember if the beeping stops or not. That would be annoying all day at the autox and my cars yelling at me.
