PM me if you are interested and I can forward some info to you so you can check out some options.

bronze or gold would definitely look great with black
bronze is a little more subdued and of course gold will give a much brighter look...i think tiggerlee has a brilliant black with gold accents...not sure about the rims tho...you could do a search...
if you are looking for a more bling bling type look...or you want to walk a little on the wild side....then gold would fit the bill IMO
bronze is more of a laid back look that compliments the black real nice...

Brilliant Black.
Brilliant Black.
I have sent a pm to cesaralaniz and will forward the contact info to you when I receive a response from him. I had the info for a bit, because I was thinking of coating a set of OEM's, but then discarded the message when I decided to spend my money on other things...I'll send it to you by pm when I receive it.

those rims look really good. those are one of the few i've seen that actually look good on the car. i personally would have gone for chrome since it is a dark colored car but yours turned out very well. look into a set of eibach springs.

You must pull the tires off, and the center caps (since they are plastic) can not be done. You will have to hand paint these with model paint or some other equivalent. If you want the polished lip, I think it was going to be like 50 bucks more (per wheel) since they would be done by hand and would take more time to get done (a week I think).

I called them. They charge $90/rim and have a few different bronzes to choose from. Considering the place down here that DIDN'T have bronze was asking $80/85 per rim for 18s, they seems reasonable. What do you guys think? I mean, it's still a lot cheaper than BUYING new rims. Like $1600 cheaper than any rims I'd buy.

sounds like prices have gone up since cesar did his. I know his was under 300 bucks, including the cost of pulling and re-mounting the tires. Was the 90$ estimate with the polished lip?
I think you should do it. Our stock wheels are very nice. I have my stock wheels on right now since I use them for autocrossing, and forgot how good they actually look. Not that I'm gonna keep them on, but they are still very nice.
Sounds like the pricing is competitive, and sounds like they have more options in the color range you were looking. If you have the time and money, I say it is definately a great idea. I'm anxious to see what color you end up with, and to hear your feedback on their quality. I'm sure you will be extremely pleased. Keep me informed.

Yeah under 300 would have been nice. Was that for 18"? Oh well, it might cost more, but like I said, if I were gonna buy new rims, I'd be spending 2G at least, so it's not a big thing. And it using the money from selling the mods off the old car anyway, so it's cool. It's just a bit of a hassle to drive up there (gotta pick up the spare rims in Murietta too), but it'll all be so worth it when they're done.

I would definitely go with the powder coat....I just forked over around 2K for new rims with tires.....I would have considered powder coating but I wanted something a little bit bigger than stock....
I say go for it....$90 is not bad at all
