Talking Wheel Refinishing

Decided to go ahead and refinish my dpk's. they have been shelved in my garage with no tires on them so I figured I would give it a run for the money to see how they turn out. I am really taking my time on these and I have met with a friend who owns a body shop who has given me some pointers. Let me know what you think of the progress thus far.
This wheel is still not complete but this is after first coat of primer

this is after three coats of primer and two coats of flat black

Once I let this cure I will then use a clear coat and go for about three to four coats. I figured I could do about 1 wheel a day so I am really taking my time.

I'd have to see them in person to give you a real opinion, but they look good in that picture. I'm sure for the money they can't be beat.....for now.
